Refund policy
All cut to measure sales are final. Once an order has been placed and the fabric (or other cut to measure product) has been cut, cancellation is not possible.
We do our best to ensure the color of the fabric online matches as closely as possible to the fabric in the shop. However, due to differences in monitor and mobile device displays, we cannot guarantee the color will match exactly what you see on online.

Damages and issues
Our care instructions come directly from our distributors or fabric manufacturers. Please follow the care instructions found in the product listing as we are unable to accept returns for fabric that has been damaged in the washing process or laundered incorrectly.
If damaged goods are being returned, please contact us via email at hello@sewfabricobsessed.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods and we will advise you on how to proceed. All returned items must be accompanied with a description of the damage.
Any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged goods will be reimbursed and replacement goods sent at no extra cost within 72 hours of the damaged goods being received by us.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit while being returned, we will 100% NOT issue a refund. Lost packages under these circumstances are out of our control and not our responsibility to locate, replace, or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
