Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We ship orders throughout the United States using tracked shipping services.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on carrier performance and seasonal delays.

Fabric Yardage & Cutting Policy

Fabrics are sold in the measure purchased from the supplier (imperial OR metric) and are cut to order. When ordering multiple units of the same fabric, we will cut the fabric as one continuous piece whenever possible.

In rare cases, fabric may be sent in multiple cuts due to inventory limitations. If a continuous length of fabric is not available, we will contact you prior to cutting and shipping your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.


Shipping Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control due to weather, peak shipping periods, or other disruptions. While we do our best to ship promptly, delivery dates are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, we recommend checking with your local post office or carrier and confirming delivery details.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you.


Returns Related to Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
