Jacquard is not printed but woven: the Augustin pattern is built into the fabric itself through a complex weave construction, giving it a richness and depth that photography barely captures. The hand is structured with real body, holding its shape without stiffness — ideal for garments that need to hold their shape: tailored blazers, structured skirts, cropped jackets, wide-leg trousers, or a statement top. Will it shrink?

Minimal, but pre-washing gently (or dry cleaning) before cutting is still recommended given the cotton-blend content and metallic thread.

Is it see-through?

No — this is a structured, opaque jacquard; unlined garments are fine.

What needle and thread should I use?

A universal needle (80/12–90/14) with all-purpose polyester thread; test on a scrap first, and press with a pressing cloth to protect the metallic thread.
