Sewing Tips

Fine cotton poplin sews beautifully for beginners and experienced makers alike. Use a sharp 70/10 needle and a short stitch length (2–2.2mm) for clean seams. French seams work beautifully on blouses and dresses. Pre-wash before cutting — cotton will shrink slightly on the first wash.

Care Instructions

Machine wash 30°C, delicate cycle, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Iron on medium–high heat while slightly damp for a crisp finish. Always wash before cutting.
