Atelier 27 (also known as Atelier Vingt-Sept) is an independent French fabric house beloved by European sewists — and Sew Fabric Obsessed is one of the very few places to buy their fabrics in the United States, with no import shipping or customs from France.

Every print is designed in France and produced in a single small run. Nothing is ever reprinted: when a bolt sells out, that design is gone for good. That's not marketing — it's how the atelier works, and it's why the prints you see here won't be in anyone else's stash next season.

The collection spans fine cotton poplins and satins, fluid Moroccan viscose crepes, textured seersuckers, plush velvet corduroys, metallic jacquards, and easy-sewing knits — most OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, with organic cotton and ECOVERO™ viscose options. Everything is sold by the half yard in one continuous cut, and every listing answers the practical questions: how much you need, whether it shrinks, what needle to use.
