Moroccan Viscose Crepe – Paula Limited Edition | Atelier 27
Designed by independent studio Atelier 27, this Moroccan viscose crepe features the Paula floral print in red, pink, black, and green. The crepe construction gives it a fine crepe texture with a matte finish, and it drapes fluidly with a soft, relaxed structure that moves easily with the body, making it suitable for dresses, skirts, blouses, and fluid trousers.
The hand is soft with a fine crepe texture. It falls smoothly away from the body without clinging, offering fluid movement while remaining breathable and comfortable to wear. The fabric maintains enough stability for accurate cutting and sewing while retaining its characteristic drape.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can I sew with this fabric?
Blouses, summer dresses, skirts, and fluid trousers in a bold red-and-pink palette.
How much fabric do I need for a dress or blouse?
Fabric is sold by the half yard, cut in one continuous piece. A fitted top typically takes 2–3 half-yard units, a blouse or shirt 3–4, and a midi dress 5–6 — order 4 units for 2 continuous yards. This fabric is 130 cm (51") wide, so allow an extra unit if your pattern assumes a wider fabric.
Will it shrink?
Yes, viscose can shrink up to about 5% on first wash — it's a cellulosic fiber that absorbs water and relaxes. Pre-wash before cutting (machine wash cold, gentle cycle) so your finished garment keeps its fit.
Is it see-through?
No — at 120 g/m² it is opaque; unlined garments are fine.
What needle and thread should I use?
A fine universal or microtex needle (70/10) with all-purpose polyester thread; handle gently when cutting to prevent shifting.
Is it really limited edition?
Yes — Atelier 27 prints each design in a single small run in France and never reprints it. When our bolt sells out, this print is gone for good. We stock it here in the US, so there are no import shipping, tariff, or customs processing fees.
