Moroccan Viscose Crepe Fabric – Amanda Print Limited Edition | Atelier 27
Designed by independent studio Atelier 27, this Moroccan viscose crepe fabric features the Amanda print, a bouquet motif reworked with an ikat-inspired effect. The softly blended palette of blue and café au lait beige sits on a lightly textured crepe base with fluid drape, well suited for garment sewing.
Carefully produced with attention to fiber and finish, this lightweight ECOVERO viscose crepe offers breathable comfort and gentle movement. Its fluid behavior supports relaxed silhouettes while remaining comfortable to sew and wear.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can I sew with this fabric?
Blouses, summer dresses, skirts, and flowing trousers — anything that benefits from movement and breathability. The ikat-inspired bouquet motif shines in fuller silhouettes.
How much fabric do I need for a dress or blouse?
Fabric is sold by the half yard, cut in one continuous piece. A fitted top typically takes 2–3 half-yard units, a blouse or shirt 3–4, and a midi dress 5–6 — order 4 units for 2 continuous yards. This fabric is 130 cm (51") wide, so allow an extra unit if your pattern assumes a wider fabric.
Will it shrink?
Yes — viscose shrinks by roughly 5% on the first wash. Always pre-wash before cutting (machine wash cold, gentle cycle) so your finished garment keeps its fit.
Is it see-through?
No — at 130 g/m² it is opaque; unlined garments are fine.
What needle and thread should I use?
A fine universal or microtex needle (70/10) with all-purpose polyester thread; handle gently when cutting to prevent shifting.
Is it really limited edition?
Yes — Atelier 27 prints each design in a single small run in France and never reprints it. When our bolt sells out, this print is gone for good. We stock it here in the US, so there is no import shipping or customs from France.
